`windows-display-xxx` keybinds revert to defaults on their own.

Description of the bug
In the Edit->Keyboard Shortcut menu, there are some numbered entries windows-display-xxx
that let you jump to any of the opened files. These keybind can be changed, but they will revert to their default whenever a file is opened or closed.

Reproduction steps:
- Open or create a small handful of files.
- Navigate to
edit
->Keyboard Shortcut
. Searchwindows-display
; change the shortcuts to anything of your liking. - Verify that the custom keybinds work. They do.
- Either open, close, or create a new file.
- Verify that the custom keybinds work. They no longer do.
- Navigate back to
Keyboard Shortcut
. Observe that the keybinds for thewindows-dislpay
actions were reset.
Additional information
The default keybind for these actions are Alt+1
, Alt+2
and onward. Those only seem to work on Qwerty keyboard layouts.
