Gimp 2.99.19 - deleting layer effects in succession deletes top layer effect that is NOT highlighted
The layer effect that is highlighted is the one I assume will be deleted and this indeed does happen for the first layer effect that is selected with the cursor and deleted. But if one deletes layer effects in succession (clicking the red x) the second layer effect deleted is the top one, not the one highlighted.
How to reproduce this bug
- Make a layer with many distinct NDE effects.
- Delete one in the middle, it will work
- Hit X again to delete the one above it
- It will delete the top layer effect instead unless you select the layer effect you want with the cursor
