Foggify broken in 2.99.18

Description of the bug
I have started testing the latest release 2.99.18. I tried running the Foggify filter on asimple image and got :

- Open a simple image to work on
- Apply the Foggify filter Filters>Decor>Fog

Expected result: Fog aplied to the image as a new layer
Actual result: See errors reported above
