Pan problem (touchpad enal, 2 fingers tap = mouse middle button)

Description
When I press the middle mouse button (of my enal touchpad, i must use 2 fingers tap) to pan it does not work. In other apps (middle mouse button) working good (Chrome etc.).
I wrote little program to check mouse event and when I use middle mouse button by tap 2 fingers my program show: "pressed middle button (and at the same time) released middle button". Pan icon appears for a moment and then disappears.
If i use normal mouse, program show "pressed middle button", and waiting for release middle button.
