* app/display/gimpnavigationeditor.h: ... these files, and of course
  changed GimpNavigationView to GimpNavigationEditor since it is really
  inherited from GimpEditor anyway.

This will leave the gimp_navigation_view namespace for the renaming
from gimp_navigation_preview.
