	* app/core/gimpdrawable.[ch]: add virtual function
	GimpDrawable::get_node() which returns a node to be plugged into
	the projection.

	* app/core/gimplayer.[ch]: remove public get_node() api and
	implement the virtual function instead.

	* app/core/gimpimage.c: changed accordingly.
