	* app/core/core-types.h: #define MIN and MAX values for
	GimpCoords.pressure, .tilt and .wheel.

	* app/display/gimpdisplayshell-callbacks.c
	(gimp_display_shell_get_event_coords)
	(gimp_display_shell_get_device_coords): use the #defines instead
	of hardcoded magic values when CLAMP()ing event or device values.
