	vectors_selection_to_vectors() which invokes the sel2path Plug-In.

	* app/gui/dialogs-constructors.c: make the new function known to
	GimpVectorTreeView.

	* app/widgets/gimpvectorstreeview.[ch]: Added a "Selection to Path"
	button anc call the new function.
