	* app/Makefile.am: ignore some more headers.

	* app/app-docs.sgml
	* app/app-sections.txt: lots of updates. Made <part>s out of the
	app/ subdirs and added sub-<chapter>s. The main TOC is way too
	crowded currently, will fix that later...
