	* tools/pdbgen/pdbgen.pl: added new procedure variable 'since'
	that allows to specify when a new function was added. Use that
	info to generate an appropriate gtk-doc comment.

	* tools/pdbgen/pdb/plug_in.pdb: set since = '2.2' for the new
	function gimp_plugin_menu_register().

	* libgimp/gimpplugin_pdb.c: regenerated.
