Small fixes in IFS Fractal and other Render filters

Small papercuts from continued filter and docs testing.

  • Add a missing heading for Spatial Transformation section in IFS Fractal
  • No section number for IFS Fractal was listed in https://testing.docs.gimp.org/2.99/en/filters-render.html since the link wasn't to the page itself but to an anchor lower down on the page.
  • Remove a "legacy" for the new checkerboard plug-in
  • Anti-aliasing is written with a hyphen in qbist
  • Turbulence option for Plasma starts at 0.0

Edit: Also updated the image for qbist, and mentioned the "Pattern" label added in gimp@708f075f
