Update all stock icons and replace PNG versions with SVG versions

Andre Klapper requested to merge iconsPNG2SVG into master

Update all icons to inverted symbolic theme in SVG format for consistency and to skip manual conversion to PNG format. Also set width to 16 pixels when embedding in Docbook pages.

The previous PNG versions of icons were a mix of partailly outdated legacy, default, and symbolic themes with varying quality.
