Filters: Convolution Matrix: Border: Correct item order and markup

• Use same order of "Border" options as in UI.
• Wrap images in <figure>, use correct markup (<mediaobject> instead of <inlinemediaobject>), add caption for each image instead of a sentence in a semantically disconnected followup paragraph.
