Remove screenshots of Toolbox at the top of individual tool pages

The screenshots are problematic for many reasons listed in #424 (closed)

On all pages, the "Activating the tool" section depicts the tool icon anyway which was in various ways highlighted in the removed Toolbox screenshot (if you use the corresponding icon theme).
