Transform tools: Common features: Misc improvements and corrections

• Allow to immediately grip what these four options do instead of having to read lenghty text.
• Correct number of buttons (it's four, not three).
• Use individual stock icons for Transform options (lower maintenance costs than creating custom screenshots)
• Update "Rotating paths" example screenshots (2.99 UI differences)
• Remove patronizing language ("of course", "Remember that" (why?)).
• Remove references to 2.10.10 and 2.10.14.
• Use consistent punctuation.
