Contribution Guidelines: Replace images of Docbook markup with text

Display text as text by using <markup> markup instead. If we were afraid that translators might accidentally translate markup, a corresponding comment for translators could be added.

Also, the path in the screenshot is wrong anyway: it's xcf images and not xcf-images.
