Remove screenshot of Create submenu in File menu

This screenshot depicts one single menu. Its entries are listed in the next subsection right below. This is sufficiently self-explanatory already. No complexity level which justifies adding more work for translators. The depicted "From Webpage" menu item was removed in e4f0b429.

Also improve "From Clipboard" text and include its keyboard shortcut.
