Using the Keyboard shortcut Editor
(sorry, this are 3 questions about gimp-help + one about GIMP)
In the GIMP online help document in part II, chapter 12 sub 5: Creating shortcuts to menu functions is a Procedure 12.2. Using the Keyboard shortcut Editor step 3 says (from my document using.master.nl.po):
#: src/using/shortcuts.xml:97(para) msgid "" "This shortcut editor also allows you to control the tool parameter settings</" "emphasis> with the keyboard. At the top of this dialog, you can find a Context</" "guilabel> menu that takes you to the tool parameters. To make your work easier, tool " "types are marked with small icons."
- I cannot find anything of the like. Is this removed old functionality?
- I see a search field that is not mentioned in the help (but it maybe self-explaining),
- I see a context menu with other things,
- And most important: I Don't see an option to check whether the shortcut key I want to use is already in use and for what?
