Description of the bug
Reproduction
Is the bug reproducible? Always / Randomly / Happened only once ] (write it after the > symbol)-->Always
Reproduction steps:
- Open GIMP Help
- Navigate to Part II, Ch 8.1. Layers
- There is an example of how transparency works, that written faulty. In image 8.2 it says we have an image with 3 layers. The blue is the background. In image 8.5 it says: "The left part of the third layer has been made transparent."
Expected result: It should read: "The left part of the third layer has been deleted, but since this layer has no alpha channel is still is not transparent."
The remainder of the story needs adaptation as well.
