template: Improve styles

  • Drop custom scrollbars. WebKit and Firefox do overlay scrollbars nowadays and Chrome does dark scrollbars
  • Ensure the sidebar scrollbar is dark on WebKit. This also conveniently fixes focus ring color in the sidebar
  • Since color-scheme: dark; also affects the search bar, restyle it to fit better into the sidebar.
