The source project of this merge request has been removed.
doc: specify ninja install
In INSTALLING, it doesn't contain the command ninja install which appears to be required to install it.
There is a note at the end that covers users may need to do sudo ninja install if ninja install doesn't work, but nothing to tell users to do ninja install in the first place.
I'm not very familiar with ninja, so do just let me know if I've misunderstood.
