Fix get/set Iptc Repeatable/Non-Repeatable values

postscript-dev requested to merge postscript-dev/gexiv2:fix_Iptc_R_and_NR_values into master

  • Add function to show whether any tag is capable of storing multiple values. Needed to show if an Iptc tag is Repeatable or Non-Repeatable.

  • Fix get/set functions so that Iptc tag values are handled correctly (closes #62 (closed)).
