For the reverse case - improve accuract of invers jacobian scale matrix, which
is used when doing scaling down for linear, cubic (and nohalo/lohalo) samplers,
skip the expensive scale matrix computation for the forward transform.

Also re-opt into automatic threading from base-class, it seems that with more
proper inverse matrix handling there is less potential for threading related
mishaps.
