gitlab-ci/prebuilt_image: Clean up pacman state after installing packages

Make sure Dockerfile starts from scratch.
Ignore cache layers older than 120h (5d).
Add lcms2 and gobject-introspection to the prebuilt image. These are installed by both babl and gegl stages.
