operations: mark tooltips for translation

Anders Jonsson requested to merge ajonsson/gegl:tooltip-i18n into master

Found some untranslated strings from GEGL when going through the menus and plug-ins of GIMP, hopefully the last.

The tooltips are already translated elsewhere, so only the "Input" string is new to translate. The "Aux" and "Aux2" strings could also be translated if we want, unsure if there are languages where AUX is known by other names.
