Draft: Added support to multiple formats for gblur-1d

The OpenCL implementation for Gaussian blur 1D lacked support for multiple formats. I have performed a visual test for different formats [RGB, with alpha and grayscale], and to my observation, the images looked similar to CPU's version. Rigorous testing is pending. Files modified:

  • /opencl/gblur-1d.cl
  • /operations/common/gblur-1d.c
