Everything is named org.gnome.gedit, lower-case: icons, GtkApplication
id, appdata and desktop files… even the app-id inside the flatpak
manifest itself.

This was clearly a mistake.

And with the manifest named appropriately, renaming the icon is not
necessary any more.
