document-panel: change row label ellipsize PANGO_ELLIPSIZE_END to PANGO_ELLIPSIZE_MIDDLE

handle ellipsizing correctly when documentpanel width increases.

End ellipsizing in row label is replaced with middle ellipsizing and removed middle ellipse truncation of document name.
