	* bindings/python/gedit.defs: bind new panel function.
	* gedit/gedit-panel.[ch]: add item_added and item_removed signals and
	a function to get the number of items in a panel.
	* gedit/gedit-window.c: hide the bottom panel when all the items are
	removed.
