The source project of this merge request has been removed.
Update dependencies in order to compile and install Geary on Ubuntu 19.04
The name of the libhandy was not found on Ubuntu repos, therefore renamed to the correct one; itstool was missing on the list of dependencies while it is required in order to install Geary with Ninja
