Move undo to in app notifications

Mete Can Eris requested to merge mcaneris/geary:move_undo_to_in_app_notifications into mainline

This MR aims to fix #378 (closed) and removes the undo button from the main toolbar, instead firing an in-app notification with an undo button upon a revokable action.

I have also updated the notifications to conform to Geary Notifications Design.
