autocompleted email addresses are incomplete
I'm running Geary from git master on Ubuntu 19.10.
When I autocomplete an email address in the To: header field, one or more characters at the end are sometimes missing. This happens whenever the recipient name contains non-ASCII characters.
For example, suppose that I want to sent email to someone with the (fictional) name and address
Jiří Novák <jiri.novak@test.com>
Suppose that I have already sent mail to this person before, so I can type just the first few characters in the To: field, then press the down arrow to the existing email address and then Enter to autocomplete it. Now the To: field shows
Jiří Novák <jiri.novak@test.c
The last three characters are missing. Note that there are 3 non-ASCII characters in the recipient name (ř, í, á). Probably this is a bug where some code is counting characters where it should be counting bytes, or vice versa.
I believe this is a recent regression.
