Link tooltip displays title attribute instead of URL
Bug Summary
I usually check the URL of a link by hovering over it and reading the tooltip, which (so I thought) always displays the URL. However today I got a phishing mail which I thought was legit, the URL in the tooltip was correct, and then I got the "Deceptive link found" message and was very confused.
The reason is that if Geary encounters something like
<a href="https://microsoft.com/" title="https://www.fsf.org/">www.fsf.org</a>
It will display the title
instead of the href
.
This issue is indeed a duplicate of #1215 (closed), but it is not fixed yet, as someone claimed there. It persists in 44.1.
