Inbox show 2 unread emails, although all of them were read
Bug Summary
Reading all email and threads didn't reset the un-readed email counter beside the Inbox section. The issue appear since the first time I started to use from March (2021)

Flat pack installation from software center. Flat packet manager has been installed manually.
- Geary version: 3.38.2
- Installation method: Flathub
- Desktop environment: GNOME
- Operating system and version: Ubuntu 21.04
- Email provider: Gmail

Steps to reproduce
- Install flat pack
- Install Geary from software manager
- Use it until the email box will be filled
- Read all all yours email and you will see that there will be 1 or 2 unread email.
What happened?
Reading all email and threads didn't reset the un-readed email counter beside the Inbox section
What did you expect to happen?
The counter should be reset and remain on 0 unread email, when you pass trough all email in the inbox
- Possible solution option is to create a "Mark all emails as read"
- Possible solution add an option which will include "show only unread emails"
