Support mailto: "In-Reply-To" URL parameter
Feature Summary
When a mailto:
link is processed, Geary should respect the contained In-Reply-To
message ID.
How would you like it to work
Say I'm browsing GNU Hello mailing list archives, and I want to reply to a specific message. Mailman renders a button ("reply via email to ...") that when clicked, takes me to this URL (domain name redacted): mailto:website@example.org?In-Reply-To=760317df-9e24-5760-72ba-d304722e6a59%40example.org&Subject=mystery
.
As you can see, there's an In-Reply-To
header embedded that would cause my email to be considered a reply to that specific message (and appear this way both to the receiver and on the archive webpage).

There's this question on StackExchange that says it's impossible to do with Gmail's web UI. Wouldn't it be cool if this was possible in the native app?
