40 testing : non greyed out UI elements in empty state

Hi,

in the picture below only the Hamburger Menu, Compose and Close buttons should not be greyed out.

Clearly the Search buttons and Mark Conversation button are not functional

PS: actually you can trigger the left, but not trigger the right Search field.
