Update Spanish translation

Will Thompson requested to merge wjt/gdm:endless-translations-es into master

These are downstream changes we have in Endless OS. They fall into several camps:

  • choice of second-person pronoun
  • whether or not to include ¡exclamation marks!
  • consistency of initial capitalization
  • choices of wording

With the exception of the first category, which I know is a Spain vs Latin America thing, I don't really know whether any of these would be preferable for the upstream translation; I'm proposing them in the hope that some are.
