data: Remove nvidia driver version check
The 470 is the only supported series that still receivers security updates, however by the time GNOME 46 will be released in late March 2024 there will only be 2 months of support left for the 470 driver series (Expected to EOL in July 20th 2024) [1]
Drop the version check from now, as the driver will be EOL soon after the GNOME 46 release anyway.
