gdm-user-switching: Use gdm_goto_login_session

From the main commit:

The code is identical to the one in gdm-common.c a part from the changes
introduced by 83666d60c8d08b89bfd2299323156cb5eb94e2ef and not being able
to pass an error to gdm_activate_session_by_id(). Move to having a single
implementation.
