screen flicker on gdm 41.3+kernel 5.16 on TigerLake-LP GT2 [Iris Xe Graphics]
Using GDM/gnome-shell/mutter 41.3 and kernel 5.16, the display flickers and generates graphical artifacts whenever the mouse moves across the left hand edge of the display.
Using a different DM (confirmed with lightDM+mutter+linux-5.16), a different DE (confirmed with gdm+sway+linux-5.16), or a different kernel (confirmed with gdm+mutter+linux-5.15) avoids this issue.
To reproduce with Arch, I did a fresh install with only the Arch core, linux, linux-firmware, and gnome metapackages.
