journal filled with errors but GDM3 appears to work
On Raspberry Pi 4 (Raspian/Debian 10 buster)
I get the following once per second...
Dec 27 21:55:38 schrodinger /usr/lib/gdm3/gdm-x-session[1380]: (WW) modeset(0): flip queue failed: Invalid argument
Dec 27 21:55:38 schrodinger /usr/lib/gdm3/gdm-x-session[1380]: (WW) modeset(0): Page flip failed: Invalid argument
Dec 27 21:55:38 schrodinger /usr/lib/gdm3/gdm-x-session[1380]: (EE) modeset(0): present flip failed
GDM appears to function without problems but it fills up the log (obscuring other useful messages). It occurs using both Wayland and X servers.
Is this a setup problem or an underlying issue with GDM on this platform?
