GDM Face Viewer doesn't play well with SELinux

Description
GDM doesn't display .face icon for users that were created with SELinux disabled, after previously being enabled. The only observation I've been able to make on this is that (apparently) SELinux adds an extra . (dot) to the end of the user's home directory permission list (e.g. drwxr-xr-x. vs drwxr-xr-x). New user directories created while SELinux is disabled do not have this additional permission field. Simply re-enabling SELinux and allowing it to re-categorize and update the new user directory permissions allows GDM to display the .face icons properly, even after SELinux is subsequently disabled again.
