EToDoPane: Tasks without Organizer are not assigned

The Task list and Calendar https://mail.aegee.org/dav/calendars/user/cal/OMS/ contains VEVENT and VTODO with zero, one or more Attendees but without Organizer. This is done in order to accommodate information about who organizes the event, without triggering any form of iCalendar scheduling, and to be able to list many organizers of the event.

The To-Do panel has shown these tasks as “assigned”. But they are not assigned, since the tasks lacks an organizer.
