Evolution claims I am offline
I just upgraded to Fedora 30 and now Evolution gives me an error claiming that network is down and it is offline. It worked before. This is in a corporate environment with a proxy (set both in GNOME Settings and my .bashrc) and an EWS account.
After a bit of research I found evolution --force-online
and when I do this Evolution is able to sync my inbox. I still get an error message for my calendar and my address books.

The network status icon in the top bar of GNOME Shell shows a question mark, but it was already doing this before I upgraded. “Everything works” apart from that, although I am also hitting gnome-maps#165 (closed) (may not have anything to do with this issue and was already hitting it before the upgrade).
