evolution flatpak "3.48.4 stable" used from flathub is not useable with gpg
I can not use my Nitrokey with the flatpak version. If I would like to decrypt a mail , it checks the Nitrokey (led lights) but gives the following error message:
German:
gpg: enabled compatibility flags:
gpg: WARNUNG: Der Server 'gpg-agent' is älter als wir selbst (Version 2.2.40 < 2.2.41)
gpg: Hinweis: Wichtige Sicherheits-Fixes können in veralteten Servern fehlen.
gpg: Hinweis: Der Befehl "gpgconf --kill all" startet diese Server neu.
gpg: der Unterschlüssel $0xkey_id wird anstelle des Hauptschlüssels $0xkey_id verwendet

I can confirm, that the used key IDs above are the right one.
I used a fresh installed Debian 11 with kwallet and pam_kwallet_5 not with gnome-keyring and pam_gnome-keyring. Thats the point I would like to use the flatpak, because the deb version depends on gnome-keyring.
Decryption and encryption with gpg in the terminal works without any issues.
