Failed to get recurrence objects for uid
I am running evolution 3.44.4
on Arch.
My CalDAV Server is from Synology DSM.
When starting Evolution the following messages appear in journalctl
:
Oct 11 16:48:22 sv15 evolution[8572]: Failed to get recurrence objects for uid: Objekt ungültig
Oct 11 16:48:22 sv15 evolution[8572]: Failed to get recurrence objects for uid: Objekt ungültig
Oct 11 16:48:22 sv15 evolution[8572]: Failed to get recurrence objects for uid: Objekt ungültig
Oct 11 16:48:22 sv15 evolution[8572]: Failed to get recurrence objects for uid: Objekt ungültig
I also do not see these 4 recurring events in Evolution nor Gnome Calendar, but they are visible and usable in the Web-Calendar (from Synology) and on my iPhone. I still see correctly hundreds of other events/appointments in my calendar.
Also, when trying to manually sync the calendar, Evolution complains one time about:
Die Fehlermeldung war »Vorgeladenes Objekt für Benutzerkennung »040000008200E00074C5B7101A82E00800000000D0380CCC0B1CD70100000000000000001000000088A5960FD1C2FD4B9049B8BF212ECAC0« ist ungültig«.
Which translates to "Cached object for User-Account 01234 is invalid"
I tried to remove/rename .cache/evolution
and .local/share/evolution/
including a full restart, without luck.
Are there some other places where data is stored/cached which I could try to remove.
The issue appeared after I updated the CalDAV URL on my phone due to sync problems.
