`Delete` key on the first line of an email before a blockquote, if the line is blank, extends the blockquote upwards instead of moving it upwards
In the HTML composer, if you have a blank line before a blockquote, and if that blank line happens to be the 1st line of the email, when you press the Delete
key on the keyboard to eliminate the blank line and move the blockquote upwards, the blockquote expands itself instead.

That is unexpected to me. If I wanted to extend the blockquote upwards, I would use Shift+Enter
at the beginning of the blockquote's contents to create a new line break within it.
