3.38 regression: cannot create wrapped bullet points, only unwrapped ones

I use plain text mode in emails and often want to use bulleted items to put forward points.

When I write a long sentence in a bullet point, it does not get wrapped to the next line, like it did using evolution 3.36, which makes it harder to write mails containing bullet points.

At times in the past I have also wanted to have unwrapped bullet points, while most of the time still wanting wrapped bullet points. So maybe the normal/preformatted modes should be in a separate dropdown to the bulleted/numbered/roman numberal/alphabetical list modes and it should be possible to apply both separately.

This is a regression in evolution 3.38.

I use GNOME 3.38, Evolution 3.38.1-2 and WebKit 2.30.3-1 on Debian bullseye.
