Support for custom time (minutes) in publish-calendar plugin or more fixed time intervals
Evolution stored the synchronized calendars as ics files on disk in older versions. I used that ics file to sync a calendar to my Nexcloud server every 15 minute using vdirsyncer (pip install ...). I came across the publish plugin yesterday, but it only offers daily, weekly and manual publishing. Adding support for fixed intervals, like 1 hour, every 15 minutes or so would be straight forward. But adding support for a custom time, in minutes, would give the user more flexibility. I'm open to implement this.
Question: If I add this feature and compile just the publish-calendar plugin, is it possible to load it with the system installed evolution (Ubuntu 18.04). I guess the publish-calendar plugin is compiled into evolution, and evolution would refuse to load it because a plugin with the same name exists already. Anyway, where would I need to put the compiled plugin, so evolution finds it?
