"Permissions" context menu should be near the bottom as it is the least useful
When you right-click on a mailbox folder, a context menu appears. The topmost item (and therefore the easiest to select) is "Permissions", which opens a dialog box that opens various read/write permissions of the folders.
I can't imagine any situation where the end-user would actually want to change these permissions. Wouldn't doing so just break the app by preventing it from accessing the folders? Therefore, this menu item should not be at the top. It should be either near the bottom of the menu, or even better, the feature should be merged into the Properties dialog box.
